UROCALUN

Urocalun 500 Capsules

COMPOSITION:

Each capsule contains 225mg of the extract of Urajiro-gashi. "Urajiro - gashi" has the academic name of Quercus Stenophylla Makino and is an evergreen, great tree that belongs to Fagaceae Family.

CHARACTERISTICS:

1. Inhibitory effects on the growth of calculi.
   
   
2. Anti-edema and anti-inflammatory actions.
   These actions heal the chronic inflammation at the impacted site of calculi to dissociate them.
   
   
3. Accelerate effects on ureteral peristalsis.
   

BENEFITS:

1. Accelerating and facilitating the calculi discharge from the urinary tract.
   
   
2. Improve clinical symptoms: (>85%), pain, haematuria and urine cloudiness.
   
   
3. Accelerating and facilitating calculi discharge after lithothripsy.
   

INDICATION:

Widely used in Japan for acceleration of stone passage in ureteral calculi problems.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

2 capsules three times a day orally.
Dosage should be individualized according to age and condition.

SIDE - EFFECTS:

Urocalun has very low toxicity and excellent tolerance. It rarely causes gastrointestinal disorder (stomach discomfort, diarrhoea, etc).
