OESTROGEL

OESTROGEL TUBE OF 80gm

PRESENTATION:

Gel for percutaneous application. 80gm tube with dosing plastic ruler. One ruler equivalent to 1.5mg 17beta- Estradiol.

OESTROGEL ACTIVITIES:

• Controls the climacteric symptoms.
• Prevents osteoporosis.
• No impairment of cardio-vascular risks.
• Lipids.
• Coagulation.
• Blood pressure.

One or two doses per day for 25 consecutive days (1 dose of applicator = 2.5gm gel equivalent to 1.5mg 17beta - Estradiol) to be applied on a large area at shoulders, arms or forearms.

UTROGESTAN

UTROGESTAN BOX OF 30 CAPSULES

PRESENTATION:

• Capsule for oral and intravaginal administration.
• One capsule contains:
• 100mg Natural Micronized Progesterone.
• Box of 30's capsules.

• Anti-estrogenic.
• Gestagen.
• Anti-androgenic.
• Anti-aldosterone.
• Tranquilizing effect (for oral administration only).

DOSAGE (GYNAECOLOGY):

• Prevention of Hyperplasia in postmenopause Hormone Replacement Therapy associated with estrogen therapy = Oral Utrogestan one capsule at bedtime from 1st to 25th day per cycle.
• Sterility through luteal insufficiency = Intravaginal Utrogestan one to two capsules three times per day from 17th day of the cycle, until eventual appearance of the menses or up until 12th week in case of pregnancy.
• Luteal supplementation  during stimulated cycles for IVF, sterility by ovarian insuffiency (oocyte or embryo donation program) = Intravaginal Utrogestan, two capsules every 8 hours from the day before oocyte retrieval until the 12th week of pregnancy.
• Premenstrual symptoms, benign mastopathy and menstrual irregularities = Oral Utrogestan one capsule three times per day, 10 days per cycle, from the 17th to 26th day of the cycle.

• Menace of early abortion or prevention of recurrent abortions by documented luteal insuffiency = Intravaginal Utrogestan one to two capsules every 8 hours until 12th week of pregnancy.
